Consultation


Ongoing consultation is an important part of practicing psychotherapy. I provide consultation for both individual adult and couple therapy cases. My style is collaborative with an emphasis on early object relations, relational psychoanalytic theory and attachment theory. For couples therapy these theories are combined with techniques from The Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). In addition to individual consultation I also lead two ongoing couples therapy consult groups. Teaching and consultation are a gratifying and expanding part of my work as a psychotherapist. I am available for one-time or ongoing consultation support.
